How to order:
Please get in touch via the enquiry form which can be found by clicking on each item within my shop. Or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will reply within 24 hours with your quote, my availability, the time required to finish the project and any additional information. Prior to paying for any items, please allow me to confirm that I have the availability to finish your project by your deadline. Buy-it-Now items are paid for by clicking on the PayPal button – the amount should appear and the price includes postage and packaging costs.

Payment & Refunds
How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by PayPal. I will confirm prices by email, including payment for postage and packaging. Full payment is required to secure your job and the completion date.
I have changed my mind, can I cancel the order and receive a refund?
If your order is placed a few weeks in advance of shipping materials and you cancel your order, you will receive 50% of your total spend minus the cost of any materials that have been purchased.

How much is postage and packaging?
All orders are sent using Royal Mail and if they exceed £20 they are sent via recorded delivery (signed for). Recorded delivery costs:
Small* (small envelope) – £1.99
Medium* (large envelope) – £3.49/£3.99
Large* (package) – £4.99
*Does not include very large items e.g. table plan/seating chart or heavy items*
How long will it take to receive my order?
Between 2 and 12 working days depending on its size.
Can I put a rush service on my order? Absolutely. An additional charge may apply.
I would like to provide my own stationery. Will I still have to pay the full price?
You will not. Please enquire for your new price. When shipping your materials, please include 10-20% spare in case of any ink spillages, errors, etc. Any unused items will be returned with your completed project.
How soon in advance should I place my order?
At your earliest convenience to ensure that I have the availability.
Do I need to know all of my details for the project to place an order?
You do not. For example, if you are unsure of ink colours, stationery colours, creative details, etc. this can be confirmed later, as long as I have your dates reserved on my calendar. Thanks!
